Fabric: Sharkskin Plus
I have had this cover for 5 yrs now. It fit perfert on my boat with sewn in reinforcements. What its says about the cover is totally true. It did fade and it got mildew on it that you cant remove. But it states its in the fair catagory for the mildew and just good for the fade resisted. I did trailer it and you have to have the straps tight. If not, they will flap and put marks on your boat and the straps will rip. When tight it trailers great. On the 4th year I had to use fabric waterproof spray to waterproof the cover. It leaked alittle bit in the heavy rains. I did have the cover in the open sun for 3 yrs in the boating season in Wisconsin reference it fading and having rain on it before I started putting underneath a canopy. I believe that's why the mildew happened as it does not breath very well even with the two vents I put in. I would buy this cover again as I needed a red one and the next step to red is the one thats over $550. This is the best price for this cover. Lets face it, a boat cover takes a beating from the elements and 5 yrs for a cover is rather good before you need a new one.
